Complaint!!! Bad service

I ordered an iPhone online and I was offered a free router and sim which I also ordered. I got my things delivered but the router sim is not actived I've been trying to contact MTN regarding this issue agent dropped my call, went to MTN store I was told they won't assist me since I ordered online!!! I have spent more then what I pay for to get this issue fixed how much petrol am I gonna spend for just one router to work?? I don't even want the router anymore the phone is fine . I asked an agent to cancel but said he can't assist me !
