Complaint

I bought a Nokia 3.1 Andriod phone on the 19th of March 2019 at South Gate Truworths store. From the 20th of April, it started giving me problems. I then called mtn call center , I was told to take the phone back to the store. I took it back on the 28th of April. On the 8th of May i received call from there , telling me i need to sign a receipt for it to be taken to mtn for checking and repairs. I was told i will receive a call to come and collect my phone within 21 days. Since from then i havent received any call or email. As 21 days has passed ive been going up and down to the store to check if my phone is back but they still tell me that mtn is still busy with my phone. I called the call center , i still havent received any help what so ever. Mtn is really inconveniening me , i am not able to communicate because i dont have a phone. I AM NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL! Mtn i need my phone back or give a new phone since my nokia phone is not repaired by now.
