CNA Key west and MTN repairs

I bought a cellphone on a prepaid phone on an MTN plan from the Edcon group. six months later the phone died, handed it at CNA KEYWEST to be sent to MTN for repairs. Its been over six weeks , no one knows where my handset is. I called CNA numerous times, I was told I would get the handset back its six weeks later ! I still don't have my phone , I tried calling MTN repairs, the number does not work. I am appalled by the Service of Edcon and MTN staff members they do not care.
