Cell phone contract

The communication MTN(Mondo) company is very bad they don't care about customers, I am debited for cellphone that is not in my position for past 4 months. I app**** for contract in December and the phone delivered and I send it back bcus I was not happy with it and I did call several times to cancel but till date nothing is done. They keep saying courier company have not send some referenc number.
