Cannot update bank details

<p>Received several sms to choose my option on the 19th. I went to the website and requested updated bank details on the 4th of Oct via email. Finally get a response today 14 Oct saying it will take 5 - 7 working days to resolve! They cannot guarantee it will be done by the 19th! Shocking that my money could go to an incorrect account.</p>
