Cancelled my contrac...

Cancelled my contract end of July before my debit date then in August I received a last statement showing I have a credit due to me I called in to query was told they will log the refund up till today even after I sent and email to complaints management still no refund and no reason as to why I can’t be refunded or what the delay is and also I have called in several times have several reference numbers logged and still no refund I just keep being transferred from one department to the other and if it’s due to me please refund my money I need every cent in this economy we live in i am single parent who is just trying to get my life in order.
