Cancelation

What a bad service that i have received from MTN we regards cancellation.i have called 135 and be on hold for more than an hour. i have send emails, made calls till today no feedback received. Even when to their stores . the consulted send email but still they dont take their client seriously. I regret taking a contract with MTN .
