Can I just get my money back

In dec 2015 I started with registration process for Mtnz. I was successful and informed that my application process was complete anf successful. I deposited R2000 into the company's account. The was no activity and when I called, I was told I had not been registered. promised that registration would be done jn a week that never happened. I thn requested to cancel the entire transaction as it ws a waist of time. Ita been over a month since this process started. Can somebody tell me the right process and what I need to do to get my money back
