Bunch of theives

The economy is struggling, so MTN decides to just increase my contract amount by 4%! Oh, and they think they are justified because they sent a text message! But they are a bunch of bullies because they have my banking details, and they have put their hands into my bank account and taken my money without my permission!!!!!!!! That is *******!!!!! but if I don't pay, then they cut of my service. And I have no clue why I'm on a business contract. I spoke to a consultant now on the "Client Service" line and she advised me to go to the store that I took out the contract. Clearly MTN has not visited their store at the Wesbank building in Fairlands! I want this resolved!
