Billed for nonexistent phone

Hi, MTN has been billing me erroneously for a device they claim I have. I now owe R23 000 for a cancellation fee of a phone that does not even exist. MTN and their subsidiary Mobilesplus are ruining my credit record. My account is now at the legal department, still not assisted after countless calls.
