Being ignored

I have been emailing MTN none stop so I can settle my account with them , I getting no response, what does one have to do to get assisted is that how you want to **** up consumer credits score what's so hard to reply to mail with the payment due and banking details and we both walk away from each other this is backing tiring who ignores someone to pay you your money
