Bad service and *****ing people's money

Mtn has ****** my daughter's shares that I bought in 2016 for my daughter's school fees for grade 1. I have been submitting the ALL the necessary documentation and even went to the extent of using Nedbank to scan them but still after full two months of scanning NO positive response from them. Each time they say I did not scan well regardless of the efforts I make.
