Bad service and don’t want me to cancel

I’m so disappointed at MTN. I’ve been trying to cancel my contracts and they’ve been giving me the runaround’s. They sent me cancellation messages and they said they will cancel my contract on the 11th September and when I go back, contracts are still active. Today I called again and the cancellation department said they forwarding to cancellation. It doesn’t make sense. I want to cancel my contract and MTN doesn’t want to cancel them. My Ref number is ***. Since then nothing has been done
