Bad service

I have done an early upgrade on my MTN contract, every thing went smoothly and the lady that helped me was very helpful, but this has been on the 5th of June 2020 already. My new telephone would have been delivered within 3 to 7 working days. I still did not receive that telephone. This is causing a lot of problems because my current telephone is broken and I need it for work
