Bad service

<p>I sent out my documents around October about changing of details.you guys changed d account number of the bank not d bank name.I have been trying to call your center but it's always busy.I'm really ****es at this coz I believe by now I would have gotten my money.I dnt knw how do u guys work coz I sent a letter from my bank with a logo from my bank but yet you guys dnt change d bank name only d account number.i dnt knw how it departments work dnt that verify stuff.on top of that when I go to your website when I click on detalis are wrong it's taking me back to that while procedure of filling out the form who must go back to bank nd that letter again.I am working I dnt have time to run to the bank's please resolve this matter asap</p>
