Bad Customer Experience

I have been a loyal customer with MTN for many years, really disappointed with the monthly payments they are charging me and most of the time there is no network or internet with the data for the month. I have previously sent Product Complaint Letter expressing my unsatisfactory experience and the expensive payments billed. I am heartbroken with MTN.
