Angry mtn customer

I made a cancellation on 13/05/2020 one of my contract number is *** of amount of R 1295.23 that was quoted by your retentions department the reference is PMT***, The Ref for the Call is *** did payment in your mall of the south branch where I was helpt by Kyle Johnson. But I was debited an extra amount of R2635.05 on 07/01/2020 I then went to the mall of the south brach where the above-mentioned sales assistant was is confused as I was about this ekstra amount advise me to go to the bank and reverse set charged amount which i did was done on 09/07/2020 and in the meanwhile he was inquiring on why set ekstra amount was debited at all he informed me that there was a wrong calculation done by the retentions department worker PMT***, The Ref for the Call is *** and that i would have to pay additional amount even though i have checked with set worker that this is all that I must pay I do not understand why I am being asked to pay additional amount for where I was quoted R1295.23 by set retentions department I have make my monthly payment of R494.99 as that is the amount that I know that I must pay on my monthly balance since inception of this contract I was credited some of the money back of the amount of R2635.05 but not all then I received an sms that a additional amount will be debited of R1471.39 and if i did not pay my contract will be suspended i immediately went to your mall of the South branch to inquire why this is the case where it was decided to make my contract pay in person in branch to stop this debit of but then I was debited another additional amount of R1471.39 on the 08/01/2020 I am very upset at this and immediately reversed debit order will be posted this message that I am writing now on all social media please be informed that I have all appropriate paperwork and documents to proof all I have said and that the mall of the south branch and worker was most helpful my current contract that I am keeping number is *** if u wish to call me Good day
