Absolutely shocking and ********** service

On the 9th of November 2021 I renewed my MTN Contract which was an MTN Sky Lite with EOS who they phoned me and said it was fine to renew with them for R499 MTN Has kept on charging me for the last 2 Months R699 and R710 I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS WHICH AMOUNT TO OVER 3 HOURS OF MY TIME TO GET IT RESOLVED SHAUN PETERS AND HIS SUPERIOR WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME AT 10AM ON THE 17TH January 2022 BUT HAS NOT DONE SO REF *** I AM A DIABETIC AND THIS IS CAUSING MY HEALTH SO SUFFER
