Absolutely pathetic service

What is going on with the MTN LTE signal in the Waterkloof/Pierre van Ryneveld Park / Irene areas!!!

Since the weekend the service I am paying for is more down than up and kn the rare occasion that it is up, the download speed hovers around 1M instead of the usual 30-40M!!!

One cannot get any answers from 135.... new system is down

Why you have MTN stores, is a major mystery!!!! Called the Irene Mall shop ***) five time since 09:00.... not a single one answered
