2nd review-MTN Rating??? -0 On 16/07/2019 I complained about not getting my correct upgrade cell phone and although someone from their comlaints department contacted me a week after my complaint, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE NEW Upgrade-BUT MTN has not been shy about charging me for it. It looks like the people at the complaints department also cannot resolve this issue and actually deliver. I would be ashamed to be a manager or a Director in this company. Moral is-DO NOT UPGRADE VIA TELEPHONE because if there is any errors done you will never get the upgrade.
