Mthinte communications doesn't provide service promised

We have been with Mthinte for most probably 2 years. There were a few problems with the wifihere and there and when we tried to contact them there mail box was always full and no one ever answered the telephone. Its been 6 days that our entire towns wifi has been "put off". We paid our monthly fee so there's no reason why our wifi is non existent. So Monday I started phoning them. There excuses were they will send a technician to sortbout the problem. But someone would let me know what the problem was. That didn't happen so by day 3 I was fed up of phoning to find out what the problem was. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me that every who uses Mthinte in south africa doesn't have wifi service. I believed her. A friend of mine also phoned and she was told that everyone in south africa who uses Mthinte needs to get a new router. That didn't make sny sense to me so I contacted a friend in caoe town who also uses Mthinte. She told me that they were using there wifi and they had no problems. So now I am miffed because I was **** to...not everyone's wifi is off...just our town. I have a business to run and I have paid for the month for a service I am not getting. What is going on. Theres no communication from there side. Its very frustrating
