Made very uncomfortable buy the store staff
Just left Mr Price Sport OAKFIELDS IN BENONI so shuttered and disappointed not sure if the store Manager was onsite. 3 female staff members laughing and speaking in Zulu thinking my daughter and I can't hear them one the lady 's name is Thobile. My daughter and I were very uncomfortable Mean time not even assisting us and we were clearly struggling evidently so they standing in a group just chitchatting and laughing and gossiping in front of customers. The one lady very short leaning on clothes she could care less. What happened to customer service and respecting others around you. We are bring our hard earned money atleast consider our presence as customers.

Horrible service wasted R1000
Unbelievably out of date online service. I had ordered online from Mr Price (~R1000), had the incorrect delivery address. I assumed I had made some sort of mistake when writing out my delivery address, however upon confirming, no it was not the case. Mr Price had given the incorrect Delivery address to the courier who sent a courier to the incorrect location. I have sent 3 emails to Mr. Price at this point asking for a change to my delivery address or even just provide me an update regarding the order I was supposed to receive 2 weeks ago. Please go order someplace else, there are better weekly deals at Brand Clothing stores for much higher quality anyways.

Worst company in South Africa
Worst company in South Africa They advertise items on their website, place an order and pay. Wait for your order and nothing! Contact them and they say they have done a refund as the item was out of stock. No written correspondence advising you of this. What's worse, you go online to check and the same item is still advertised on special and list a number of stores that still have stock of it! Never buy anything from this brand....

Adding insurance without consent
Mr price insurance have added 2 insurance covers on my *** without consent! I have been emailing and phoning them to cancel it with no response! Even my *** is on a 6 month plan...i owe them R1000 but they have sent me today my invoice to pay R265! I mean 265 x 6 months gives you R1590! How is that possible! I have problems login into the app and have told them! And no assistance! Are they doing that so i dont see all the ***** going on on my ***? Adding 2 insurances and intrest of R500????

If it was up to me i wouldn't even have selected this 1 star. The service is horrible. I ordered from MrPrice Sport on the 3rd of Oct, online they say the estimated delivery date is the 6th of Oct now they changed ro the 9th, till now i ahvent recived my parcel. I phone the call centre on Friday the 9th, the lady said parcel already been handed over to courier it is out for delivery. Should expect it on Monday the 12th. No communication notiing!! Mr price need to choose courier thouroghly. Im so upsetnlr hally at all. If there was a way to cancel This order i would do that n just get my money back
