Better Sleep and Great Value for Money
My old bed was squeaky and left me with a sore back, but since getting this one, I've been sleeping much better and now have an extra bed for the spare room, and I love the 365-night comfort trial for the added peace of mind.

World class service and quick delivery
Delivery and communication was world class. And the produck is very good value for money. Of you stuggle with back pain then you cant go wrong with mr mattress. Thanks Andries and team

Extremely poor service
Order *** The review is just service based, have not received the matress yet. Order placed 29 September. I hope the matress is better quality than the service, service is very bad. No update or feedback or anything after paying. Dont rely on the supp**** delivery date either. You will not get feedback on anything and will be stuck with phones ringing and no one answering. Depending on how hard you push, you "might" get a quick false promise email. Like I said, dont know about the product but the process and service up to now makes me whish I went a different route. I dont recommend them to anyone who is serious when it comes to doing busisness. If your vibe is more meh "I will just wait and see what happens" then sure. Dont know about the matress quality though.....

Single mattress
My old mattress was not helped with my healt condition, I'm very sure, it was not the best quality as well, no matter what price or brand and how looks how nice it was. Under my 40+kg coming out the hole on the middle. Mr mattress project is very-very durable mattress and the best, you can use both sides. You can have 365 days to sleep on it and if maybe you are not happy, you can send it back and try different one from them. My body still getting use to it, but im happier then with my previous one. The service is excellent, if you have any questions they are coming back to you in no time! Im strongly recommend to try, buy one mattress what is suit for you. Thank you, Ildiko

Single mattress

Zero customer service
Bed is 3 days late. No tracking number received. Not the end of the world. Try to follow up, nothing but a *** number available on the website and it's nothing more than an auto responder. Lodged a tracking request 3 days ago and have had no reply other than auto ai response. Finally an actual human rep**** to day stating they would look into it. No reply since then.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr Mattress
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr Mattress. I ordered and paid R6,299.00 in full for a mattress on 16 September. Before purchasing, I specifically explained that I was only in the area for a limited time and needed the mattress before returning home. I was promised delivery on 25 September. This promise was important and influenced my decision to go ahead with the purchase. After numerous back-and-forth calls, I was finally informed that the mattress would only be delivered on Monday, 28 September. The problem was that I had to leave for home on Sunday, 27 September. I could not simply extend my stay because I did not have additional leave available. My circumstances and deadline were made clear BEFORE I paid for the mattress. Had I been told from the beginning that delivery by 25 September could not be guaranteed, I could have bought a mattress elsewhere. Instead, I paid R6,299 based partly on a delivery promise made by the oner,Andries himself.
