MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY LIES FROM THE CEO, ANDRIES
WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered a base set and paid for it 10 days before it had to be delivered. Kept on checking to ensure the delivery as I HAD TO HAVE the bed on a specific day as there was nothing in the place. On the said day I phoned to check all was on schedule as promised... NOBODY answers even though I left urgent messages on the whatsapp app... Phoned Andries, the CEO of the business, he does not answer, left urgent messages.... NO DELIVERY was done! 17h30 Andries phoned me, with the excuse the courier did not pick the bed up. Offered to pay for my accommodation... The next day, THE SAME STORY - NO PHONE CALL AND NO DELIVERY . Again cannot get anyone to answer or return phone calls!! Andries phone 16h30, again promise to pay for accommodation. I told him that I want a refund as this company DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR COMMITMENTS. TO THIS DAY, 3 weeks later, I have not received the money for the accommodation from Andries, he does not return any calls, whatsapps or ***.

For anyone reading, here is what happened next:
When you asked to cancel on 8 October, the full R7,999 was refunded that same afternoon. You confirmed on 18 October that it reflected back in your credit card
I offered to cover your two nights’ accommodation, and we will. We have emailed you asking for the accommodation invoices and your bank details, which SARS needs and for our records before making any payment. We will pay the R1,266.50 within 24 hours of receiving them and send you proof.
We have also changed how we work. A delivery that fails on an important date is now escalated the same morning, so no customer has to chase us the way you did.
Once this is settled, I would appreciate it if you would update your review to reflect the outcome.
