Worst Service Provider in Wifi

If i could rate a minus rating i would. Whoever is considering using Morclick please take into consideration that their service is pathetic. We had installation done in Feb - Since then we have been reporting bad service and complained and complained. We have paid our account up to date everymonth even though they could not supply service or get a tech to assist us. Finally they sent a tech out in Aug who admitted the whole installation was done incorrectly and that there is no way we would have ever be able to use the wifi as the speed was too slow. He then had to redo the whole installation which was only done in Sept. Take note that we have been struggling since Feb with this wifi and been paying monthly. We then notified Morclick that since they were unable to fix the wifi we will not pay for Sept as we have already been paying for 7 months with no assistance. They finally fixed the Wifi but have now discontinued the service as they want us to pay for Aug usage which they confirmed the installation must be redone. So we sat with no wifi and excuses after excuses just to be told we need to continue paying even though we dont know if wifi is working or not as it can not be tested. *** service - do not recommend them
