Worst service provider ever.
The Worst service provider I've ever come across!!! First of all you can't talk to a person except via WhatsApp and the reply takes forever. The product itself is terrible. We have been struggling since Dec 24 with bad reception- always stating no service ir just connecting all the time!!
Arranged twice for a technician to come out. No show. Both times. This morning I receive a call from a technician outside my gate-no arrangement made. I'm not at home. After I've stated numerous times that no one can come out if there isn't an appointment made.
So no. If I could end the contract today, I would. Sadly we still have a year to struggle with bad reception and bad service.
