Worst service ever!!

Moreclick made a lot of promises about their service. I decided to do the installation and make use of them. The firs sighs that I saw was with the installation, we arranged on the date but they never arrived at site. After phoning a couple of times they onle came back to me the next day. A new date was set - after installation, the connection did not work. I was promised that it will be fixed the next day. After TWO weeks, no one came to fix the problem - still no internet service. The technician finally arranged a date but never pitched. I canceled the service totally and asked them to remove all equipment. No one but the finance department from morclick phoned me, asking when will they receive payment. I spoke to more than 8 different people, all promised me that they will resolve the problem. It never happened....... The same technician phoned me with a date that he will come and remove the equipment, he never pitched and didn't even phoned with an excuse. A new date was set ( this is more than 2 months after the first installation) and eventually all the equipment was removed. Today - I received a letter from an attorney - I have to pay morclick a large amount of money that I owe them. I have never came across a company that is so uncapable of doing what they promise and with absolutely no communication from their side.
