Worst Service ever!!!

I'm picking up that I'm not the only client having issues with this service provider. Was sold a contract under false pretensions!!! I specifically asked if they will be able to give me the service of watching DSTV now, Netflix, Showmax & also for my son to play online playstation. The answer to all was "yes" it will!! When I started complaining I was told that online gaming doesn't work on satellite internet. So please explain..., why did your consultant (aka Mohammed), who sold me the contract, lie to me? You have promised that the technical team will be in contact with regards to the poor signal we're having & I'm struggling to do my work from home...., well I'm STILL WAITING!!! This is the WORST service I've every had from an internet service provider!!! Will surely NOT be recommending you to anybody, I'd rather warn them about the bad service you give!!!
