Waste of time should of read the reviews of this isp bad

This is my 3rd week with you my internet was working fine and boom.on week 2 its so slow under 1mb seeing all the reviews here I can see im not the only one having this problem I am not gonna pay for a service I can't ues so please come fatch your equipment as it's only 3weeks old and cancel this product id rather go to LTE because od get better speeds I can't even wtach Netflix I wasted my time getting this please cancel
