Very unsatisfied customer

Their service delivery is not up to standard. We pay a hefty price to have satellite Wi-Fi. A 20mbs line to be exact. They are quick to bill you but when it comes to client queries they don't respond. They say you have a unlimited Wi-Fi line with a 20mbs download speed and a 2mbs upload speed. This is a lie. If you check the speed it never reaches the Mbs speed that you pay for. And exactly form 19:00 at night you can't use this Wifi system as it keeps buffering and kicking you out as there is no network. So my guess is they throttle the wifi at night. And best part is we are only 3 people using this Wifi in our house. So bad that we can't watch YouTube videos thats not supposed to use alot of mbs to use. Very unsatisfied customer. And have alot of problems and it never gets sorted out no matter how many emails or phone calls you make. Think carefully before using them for Wifi services.
