Very Poor Service

We don't want to give them a star at all! Worst Satelite Internet company...and by worst I mean...."we will contact you back" ....never happens...but they quick to deduct money. And what they sold to us is not what we have got. It's always a dreadful moments when you need assistance from any of the staff. And if you log an complaint the technical team never get back to you,you need to phone them again. Overall we have had the word experience and service from Morclick. And their systematic message about the weather in Germany....I'm in south-africa-not Germany and we do NOT game...we work,homeschooling and watch movies that's it. But we are always connected without internet... so we took that step further and reported them to ICASA. Because things can't continue like this,paying alot of money for "quality " Internet...but there hardly ever is internet connection.
