Very BAD Service

Bad service. We have been struggling to get hold of this company for more than a month even through the agent that signed us on that communicated to the sales director. We have tried everything to contact them even now removed their equipment because we are moving. With the Consumer Protection Act companies like this need to taken on. I now refuse to pay cancellation fees or any fees, we even had to cancel the debit order because of no contact. If there was zero rating this would have been what they got from us. This is unacceptable service.
