Unresoved cancelation account

Still waiting for answer and feedback on outstanding account. Overcharging for cancelation period as well as service not received due to lack of respons from Customer service. Issue continuing from November and still not resoved.

Only time they respond is when you're yelling, swearing or reporting on Hello Peter.
