This is a ***** company.
The worst internet provider with the worst service. I never had problems. Internet was great, had a 10mbps line. Until they came to move my satellite. I was told that I should upgrade to a 20mbps line to resolve my problem. Still not right. Now I'm battling with my internet I'm so fed up and want to cancel my internet but have to pay R11500 cancelation fee. But I've been paying for a service that is not being delivered. And they don't care about giving a good service because of the agreement. I'm sure that agreement is not being held up on their side. I don't know what to do anymore.
