Terrible, steer clear of this company!

I represent a client in their dispute against Morclick to cancel their contract after months of terrible service and poor connectivity. They charge a termination fee of the full remainder of the contract fees upon early termination. Even though their contract states this, this clause is nil and void as the Consumer Protection Act overrules such terms. This is not a “reasonable” cancellation charge in any way, shape or form. My client has missed out on professional opportunities because of this and does not have basic communication to the outside world as they live in a rural area and Morclick specifically advertises that those areas are services by them. My client contacted their Whatsapp line 31 times with no resolution and now an ******** termination charge is enforced even though service was unacceptably poor. We did make them a reasonable offer of two months charges as a termination fee but they keep to their terms which is in direct violation with the Consumer Protection Act. Word about this horrible experience should be spread far and wide so that others avoid being caught in their trap.
