Terrible slow internet , lags and a huge latency issue TICKET NUMBER : MCL86043
Installed our internet recently and were told that it was fast internet. Plus the customer service was promised to be good that's why we changed.
I cannot even open a simple Google document because the internet is too slow. the package we have paid for is 10mbs upload and download. Im not even getting 1mbs upload or download. I CANNOT WORK LIKE THIS!

I have logged a ticket , its been 72HRS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO. On your website it clearly states you will answer within 72hrs. FALSE ADVERTISING .
PLEASE SORT IT OUT! When I call - no one ever answers.
