Terrible Services / No Service

Terrible Service. Don't respond to emails. Service doesn't work. We live in Vaal Marina and took the service because we were told by PAUL that its great and we will get 10mps and will be able to stream and do zoom interviews. That is not the case. I have complained to Morclick since we signed up in February 2022 to no avail. I WANT TO CANCEL. They cant give the service they promised.
