Terrible customer service
Great product, Terrible customer service.
Dont get me wrong. Their product works. However the customer care is lacking heavily!
After multiple calls and messages you only receive promises of escalated support. It is very unfortunate that one has to go to these measures to call service providers to attention.
We have been experiencing poor upload and download speeds. We have periods of complete blackouts.
