Slo to no internet
We moved to Morclick from megasurf due to bad internet reception the advisor told us that our internet will be much better for the first 3 month we did not have any issues regarding slow networking. Our problem started after that our internet is so bad that I takes an hour to sent out a normal email. It constantly is off (no internet) through out the day. We are unable to join in team meetings or even just listening music constantly buffering. When you log a complaint regarding the bad reception you are getting told there is nothing wrong while online with then the testing is excellent the music is playing until the call is dropped then you are back to no internet. We are still within our 24month agreement so we are unable to cancel is there anyone who can assist us in getting this cancelled due to non service from Morclick. Testing it with the normal internet speed test is is very slow using morclick app/testing station it is good (excuse we need to use there app as it is for satellite and not for the normal internet.) Basically we are 24 hours a day on very slow or no internet. The technician always advise us to upgrade to a 10MB package then we will have a better experience but from what I have read in the reviews we are not the only ones experience the same problem. Please do not join morclick they are ******** people out of hard earned cash with out any solution to their pathetic internet. if you request for them to come to the premises they advice you that a fee will be charged!! really no service and no support. for a cost of R849 per month.

With regards to testing, a ping is not a reliable test for connectivity or speed. The reason for this is that a Satellite is based in a geostationary orbit approximately 36,000 km above the equator.
Due to the distance it has to cover, it will normally take approximately 600ms.
Added to this, a ping is classified as low priority command by networks. This means that all other applications will be processed before the ping command!
As there is no acceleration app**** to the ping command, this can sometimes cause increased ping times or even a ‘time out’ – making it an undependable speed test.
