I was trying to remove the one star because they don't even deserve a single star. I wasn't aware that a company can change your contract without your consent and drop support for torrents and most streaming services that work by peer to peer. I was told by the installer, that was also useless, that apparently this internet is better than fibre. Well I have had fibre and I was able to do anything with my internet

They should be ashamed to call themselves a company and trick people in signing a contact that you can't cancel. I tried to give back the internet and cancel it 2 weeks into my contact I was told I had to pay the entire term so R60 000 to cancel something that I haven't used yet as it's useless.

I now have to pay R1300 for internet that just sits here. Nobody uses it because it's *******.

Stay away from these **** artist. When you hear the name Morclick....RUN. I cannot stress enough how bad the service and the product is.
