Remotely my internet was fixed

I for one would never have rated this company if it was not for 2 determined individuals. I'm from north west,I had issues with my internet, I was sent from one person to the other with no help, till I was assisted by a very straightforward gentleman Laurent, who then tried his best to assist me, who then gave me a installers details who I phoned to find to my amu*****t this is a female.. I thought this company was a joke honestly I did. But this lady made a 360 on me, I swallowed my words. MJ all the way from northern cape you fixed my line remotely. Thank you for your time and patience, I know I was sacastic. I apologize. Keep up the good work guys. You awesome
