Really poor satellite service

I have had Morclick satellite internet for just over 2 years. Initially the service was good and then they apparently migrated to a different satellite and a tech. was sent to re align the dish. From then on the service has been terrible. Despite tests showing good download speeds you can at times not watch Youtube or other services due to really poor image quality and endless buffering. Getting Morclick to attend to the problem results in backwards and forwards whatsapp messages with no result because no one wants to tell you that the elephant in the room is congestion and until they address the problem it will not change. Where I am situated there are no alternate options so at the moment we suffer on. So my advise to anyone considering using this company is don't do it.
