Re Install

I am with Morclick (A5873) for about 8 months now. Never had a problem. I needed to relocate from where I stay to a new location about 20 km apart. I struggling now for 3 weeks to get re installed. No feed back from them. They quoted me R4,140 for re installation and did accept that. I don't have internet now for 3 weeks and no answer yet. Got them a new client close to me 2 weeks ago and the new client is installed but they just don't worry about me. New sales is their priority and not existing clients. That's what I gather from all the reviews I have read.
