Price not in line with agreement i want to cancel they don't want

In my first 10 days of installation they already send statement of R2890 which is not in the contract agreement that i accepted. They only told me about monthly instalment of R949 and installation fee of R500. Now i want to cancel they don't want to cancel and they are forcing me to pay what i dont know.if i knew i was not going to take this service.
