Poor Signal. Worse response and feedback from service provider.

I had a Satellite dish installed with a 10 MB p/s download and 4MB p/s upload connection on a 24 month contract. I have sent a complaint to Morclick directly which has gone unanswered. I may be foolish to think that they will respond to this message given their Facebook page is fraught with bad reviews. I wish I had read those before signing a 24 month contract.

The max download I get is around 5.96 MB on a good day and I cannot even have a Zoom or Teams meeting as I am continually breaking up and the audio is terrible .... and that is WITHOUT the video on.
