Poor Service from Moreclick

Since Migration to the new satellite position the connectivity is very bad - lost signal continuously. Have contacted the whatsapp bot and spoken to a person as well more than once. All I get is - they are working on it - it is now 4 weeks. Other subscibers also have very poor service and have reported and get the same result.
