Pathetic non service

******* service provider, internet was installed and never worked from day one, they are now in the process of legally fighting us, first it was over R2000 now it's down to R300 but we never had a working connection and could never use It, when we ask what the money is for they cannot explain and basically ignored my emails for months before taking legal action.even though I have proof of daily calls and emails they just didn't come back to us and as a result of their internet not working my son missed over a week of online schooling, yet they want money from us.
