Overcharging data plans
I have a contract with them, always had connectivity problems, only to find out that the data allocation was depleted, now I want to cancel and the Agent is refusing, they want to make me pay R750 for 75GB of data for two years. They charged me R120 monthly for 2 years for telephonic plan which I did use.
I tried to cancel and they told me to write a letter, but still they refused to cancel and collect their devices. Now they are forcing me to renew another bad, overpriced contract for another 2 years
