Not a happy chap!

Installed on 26/05 and worked. We KNOW and understand that X-Box can not be played on satellite internet, but should still be able to update the X-Box. This worked for a while.... We are now told that gaming consoles (X-Box and Playstation) have been de-prioritized (about a month ago) and that is why the X-Box can't run an update. Service taken away but the monthly installment stays the same?? No communication regarding this to customers??? What is the use then?? Highly cheesed off!! As far as I am concerned they can remove their equipment.
