Not a fan….

I don’t know where to start with Morclick, bad customer service? Bad reception? Terrible internet connection? Zero download speed…. Took out a month to month contract, tried cancelling after 2 months, no one picks up the phone, no one replies to emails…. But the debt orders keep going off…..

There’s no app to see what’s going on with your internet, we have a 20mb line, can’t even watch YouTube at 144p, you have to log onto you pc to try do a download speed check, which works fine then you try watching something on Netflix and yup once again nothing.

We got this package because useless eskom and there damn power outages left us with out signal cause the towers are always off, cause the battties are always ******…. so we went with satellite internet hoping we could rectify this problem…. Can’t even download emails with this nonsense…

Would I recommend Morclick… absolutely not!!
